I can't change the decisions I made that lead me to this place. I can only hope that the next time I find myself in a similar situation and given similar choices my brain will prompt me to recall these moments and take a different path. It would be too easy to just tell the choices I've made. It's better, I think, that you just know that they were the wrong choices and that it's too late to undo the damage.
